Philip J. Toffel, is Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Sage Hill Advisory & Management, LLC. Frank M. Antalek, ChFC is the President and Chief Portfolio Strategist of Sage Hill Advisory and Management, LLC. With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Frank has found a way to combine his formal education in Economics (MA Economics SUNY Albany) with the practical knowledge gained from his studies in pursuit of the Chartered Financial Consultant designation. This background serves him well as he navigates the analytical work relative to portfolio management and in his ability to comprehend the complex interactions of the economy, securities markets, government policy, and tax laws. In practice his knowledge and client experiences have led him to a dynamic method of portfolio management that revolves around predictable income streams and targeted capital growth. Client’s goals are identified, resources are quantified, and any obstacles to accomplishing goals are acknowledged. Only after determining the income and growth objectives are actual investment vehicles identified. Once the appropriate portfolio is structured Frank monitors the investment vehicles to make sure they maintain a structure consistent with targeted return and risk parameters. Review of portfolio managers and decisions regarding the retention of managers is also his responsibility.

Antalek, principals of the firm, Lisa specializes in the long-term account service needs for new and current clients in various capacities. There are many areas of expertise that we offer to our clients such as business ownership succession planning, estate planning, risk management, philanthropic planning and investment portfolio design & management.
