Phil is Managing Partner and Founder of Sage Hill Family Office. Sage Hill acts as counsel and family office to 20 families throughout the country. Phil and his Sage Hill team represent highly successful families in such professional areas as business succession planning, estate planning, investment portfolio management, and franchise agreement representation, and in coaching the family through the family – family business issues.

Over his career of over 30 years, Phil has advised Fortune 500 CEO’s and executives, multi-generational families, professional athletes, and entrepreneurs in the United States and Western Europe. Phil’s clients have been from such organizations as General Electric, the Boston Red Sox, Federated Department Stores, Ceridian, and Mellon, to name but a few.

Frank M. Antalek, ChFC is the President and Chief Portfolio Strategist of Sage Hill Advisory and Management, LLC. With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Frank has found a way to combine his formal education in Economics (MA Economics SUNY Albany) with the practical knowledge gained from his studies in pursuit of the Chartered Financial Consultant designation. This background serves him well as he navigates the analytical work relative to portfolio management and in his ability to comprehend the complex interactions of the economy, securities markets, government policy, and tax laws. In practice his knowledge and client experiences have led him to a dynamic method of portfolio management that revolves around predictable income streams and targeted capital growth. Client’s goals are identified, resources are quantified, and any obstacles to accomplishing goals are acknowledged. Only after determining the income and growth objectives are actual investment vehicles identified. Once the appropriate portfolio is structured Frank monitors the investment vehicles to make sure they maintain a structure consistent with targeted return and risk parameters. Review of portfolio managers and decisions regarding the retention of managers is also his responsibility.

Managing Director


Kip Stillman is a Managing Director of Sage Hill Family Office.

Kip joins Sage Hill with experience in deferred compensation where he successfully guided plan members through the nuances of a deferred compensation plan in order to meet and exceed targeted retirement goals. In this role he aided participants in efficiently navigating all phases of the plan from funding, maintenance and planning, to distribution. Kip also has professional experience in compliance, enabling numerous firms to thrive while meeting all regulatory standards, and offering him unique insight into the investment and advisory spaces.
